Works for me, x86_64, GNOME (CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2650 v2, RAM: 32 GiB, GPU: RV635). The regression test passes when boolean selinuxuser_execheap default state.

If allow the test suite to make their heap memory executable, then the paxest is a fail.

This does not work for me. Seems to disable a PCI bus on my Dell Precision 7520 that causes both integrated mice (the touchpad and the nib) to stop working as well as the wifi/bluetooth card. Also breaks my TB-16 dock from working and therefore my monitors are blank, except for if I take it off the dock and use the integrated panel. I looked at dmesg and didn't see any error so I'm at a loss for what broke. 5.3.13-200.fc30.x86_64 even with the new boot screen works fine.
