This update contains a fix to properly generate a GRUB config for Xen.
This update disables the BLS configuration for Xen DomU guests since in some DomU variants grub2 is not used to boot, but instead pygrub that doesn't have BLS support.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2019-1265db97c0

Tested on both Xen DomU and Dom0. grub2-mkconfig is correctly called when it should be, and correctly skipped when it should be.
Have confirmed that GRUB_ENABLE_BLSCFG=false is now set for a Xen PVH Guest - and that same logic will be fine on both PV or HVM Xen guests. +1 all round.
