IMO there are too many theme changes in this update (particularly: blue radio buttons and checkbuttons) for it to be suitable for Fedora 30. I'd vote to either hold F30 to GTK 3.24.10 or else manually revert the theme changes.

It just got pushed to stable, so too late to hold this off.
I believe gtk upstream intends to have gtk point releases suitable for everywhere though, that's why there are no branches for different gnome versions. I'd suggest to bring this up with upstream first.
