This fixes the pipe_PATH crash and the UDP peer crash exposed by gcc-9 in fedora 30. The peer crash was fixed by moving to the new upstream version. This is an important update for f30.
Patch an upstream bug with default pipe path. Workaround was to explicitly set "pipe" in /etc/cjdroute.conf
