Soname bump here, but nothing uses this library. it's mostly for use by other biosig tools which we don't yet have in Fedora.

I've got some .scp file that I'm trying to view. While trying to convert it to GDF, save2gdf 1.9.3 fails with
ERROR 2: ERROR BIOSIG SOPEN(READ): data format is not supported, but 1.9.5 segfaults on__strlen_avx2(orstrlenon older cpu).The file is form some ECG monitor (device reads it, maybe it's different version or revision of SCP?), I can send it if needed.
This will need some investigation. Could you please file a bug? I'll send it upstream and see what they have to say too.
