This update provides new git snapshots of openQA and os-autoinst, with various changes and bug fixes. It also includes a patch to address the cancellation of parent and other child jobs when a single child job in a parallel cluster fails. Note it depends on FEDORA-2019-5ca4b9b5fd and should not go stable until that update is stable.
