This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes

Works for me with au Canon Lide 220
How can I test this on Fedora Sliverblue 31? There is no dnf but rpm-ostree instead.
This update has been pushed to stable.
Fedora 31 Silverblue still has sane-backends-1.0.28-1.fc31.x86_64 which is not working for me (Canon LiDE 110 is not detected). This is very strange - the scanner has worked for years using Fedora.
