Update system: sudo dnf upgrade
Execute latex and biber: Fails because of version mismatch
Install biber from testing: sudo dnf install biber --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2019-4f075bc426
Execute latex and biber: Compilation finished successfully
