Upstream fix for libdvbv5 (rhbz 1695023)
New upstream release 1.16.5
This update has been submitted for testing by pbrobinson.
This update has obsoleted v4l-utils-1.16.5-1.fc30, and has inherited its bugs and notes.
Sadly this update doesn't fix the problem.
[rave@mother ~]$ kaffeine

Doesn't work here either.
This update has been pushed to testing.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
works for me, don't have a dvb device to test whether the bug was fixed, but nothing else was broken, so a 0 for now
Update doesn't work at all, downgrade to libdvbv5-1.16.3-2.fc30 is the only way to use the DVB card again.
I am sorry, but libdvbv5-1.16.5-1.fc30 (previous update) and libdvbv5-1.16.5-2.fc30 (this update) are both just broken, they do not fix RHBZ #1695023 at all. The only working package is the old libdvbv5-1.16.3-2.fc30. Please unpush this broken update.
I confirm the same broken behaviour as robert
