It seems like it cannot find Qtsvg, which is supposed to be part of pyqt5 5.11. An attempt to import yields:
ImportError: cannot import name 'QtSvg' from 'PyQt5' (/usr/lib64/python3.7/site-packages/PyQt5/init.py)
while installing from pip seems to fix the problem. Is it a symptop of PyQt5 the package being missing from f30 (PyQt4 is curiously present)? Or are the bindings renamed somehow?
