flatpak-module-tools-0.11: add standard labels like name and com.redhat.component to the generated container images, and allow using labels instead of annotations for Flatpak metadata.

Fix some problems with the libmodulemd v2 api conversion in flatpak-module-tools-0.10.1-1

Fixes problem where generated flatpak runtimes would show errors with flatpak repair #2
Fixes compatibility with module-build-service >= 2.21 and newer. flatpak-module-tools now uses the v2 API of libmodulemd.
