OGG video files from the linked page aren't available, but the OGG video from http://techslides.com/sample-webm-ogg-and-mp4-video-files-for-html5 works perfectly.
Testing on a VM so can't really test media playback, everything else works fine
The WebM test page doesn't work until you click the identity block and give it extra permissions now that media autoplay is blocked by default, but this is expected behaviour now.
