works for me on Intel i5-3550, gnome desktop, as VirtualBox-Host 6.0.8 from Oracle, prop. nvidia-driver from rpmfusion.
works for me: desktop 16GB Intel i7-3770 CPU, using the Mate Desktop Environment. Regression tests passed.

Default and Performance tests pass OK. AMD 965, x86_64 work station, Plasma DE, X-server, nVidia card GTX 650 (GK107) + nVidia RPM's from Negativo17.

Passes both default and performance kernel regression test suites, and seems to work fine on both my systems.
5.1.12 has run normally. paxtest had the error "Main executable randomisation (PIE) randomness is less than 28 bits (25)". The other default tests passed.

@jcline is it possible that you start building Kernel 5.1.14 because it fixes the Steam connectivity issues?
@generalprobe, I'm running 5.1.12 and I'm not having Steam connectivity issues. The client runs. Games run.
