My apologies about this question, but why isn't `dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA...' option for installing (from the testing repository) available anymore? It's very comfortable option for testing purposes...

It looks like option is for security updates only, although the CLI docs aren't exactly clear. dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing kernel should work.
