The 1.3 release adds a -windowed command line option that enables users to run the root-tail in a non-root window. This is mainly usefule on compositing window managers that does not update root window properly.
This release fixes mixing old and new content with some wind managers. It also corrects some compiler warnings. It allso applies distribution compiler flags properly.
