SELinux is preventing haveged from write access on the file write_wakeup_threshold.
@bluepencil is that a new problem that wasn't happening before this update?
openQA tests look good aside from unrelated issues, so +1ing.
I saw a denial of rngd writing to write_wakeup_threshold which started during the boot after I upgraded to 3.14.3-28 from Koji as I reported in #1698575. I used audit2allow and semodule to allow that write, and I haven't seen other denials since then. The system has run normally otherwise.
Looking into it, I believe there is a genuine mistake in this update which causes the denials @bluepencil and @mattf are seeing. More details in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1698575 . Thus, voting -1.
Fixes systemd-modules-load.service denials. Thanks!
