Works for me..
All the Default and Performance Regression tests pass OK. AMD 965, x86_64 work station, Plasma DE, X-server, nVidia card GTX 650 (GK107) + nVidia RPM's from Negativo17.

@davexx cachedrop has a possible race condition. I wouldn't worry too much about that one unless it is consistent.

This fixes the btrfs deadlocks that I was seeing on 4.19.15 and 4.20.3. (Fix is due to reversion of buggy commit e73e81b6d011 ("btrfs: balance dirty metadata pages in btrfs_finish_ordered_io"), and this reversion went into 4.19.17 and 4.20.4.)

4.20.4 has run normally. The cachedrop test had the error "Can't free dentries and inodes" on 2 of 3 default test runs which I didn't see with 4.20.3. My logs have that error 26 times since 4.12.14. The error seems likely to be due to a race condition in the cachedrop test as @jforbes mentioned since it often occured or didn't occur on the same kernel. The other default tests passed or skipped.
