Works. Hardware acceleration still doesn't work with Chromium-vaapi (video_decoder VpxVideoDecoder).

MPV works with vaapi.

This broke VAAPi in chormium (Fedora Package), i guess bare rebuild of chromium should be enough: [4332:4332:0218/101008.538693:ERROR:vaapi_wrapper.cc(343)] : This build of Chromium requires VA-API version 1.3, system version: 1.4

Otherwise it seems ok on Intel (tested VLC)!
