bugfix update in Fedora 31 for rpm

Status: stable a month ago

This update brings rpm to 4.15.0 release candidate 1, in particular:

  • Out of order build output fixed
  • Memory exhaustion during build on 32bit platforms fixed
  • %{expr:...} macro for evaluating expressions (into strings)
  • Assorted other bug fixes and minor enhancements

openQA tests passed, meaning we can at least install, update and remove packages with this RPM, and create working installer and live images too.

I have not seen any problems with this version on my computer. All package related operations, I have been doing, went just fine.
