Upstream has overhauled config.xml. See RELEASE-NOTES.md in /usr/share/doc/openas2-lib
H2 database is retired, so I switched the embedded database to hsqldb. New users won't care, but existing users will want to export their message log data from h2 before upgrading. I have not supplied a tool to import, but if you don't have a favorite (like sqltool - which is not in Fedora), then I suggest installing ant and extracting hsqldb.xml from the SRPM (I'll copy to doc dir next release) and modifying it to run the sql script exported from h2.
Sorry for the hurried release - need to get rid of the FTBFS.
