R-multcomp-1.4.10-1.fc29 and R-mvtnorm-1.0.10-1.fc29

FEDORA-2019-f7a3094f38 created by jamatos 5 years ago for Fedora 29

Update to latest stable release. Changes in R-mvtnorm are:

  • eliminate warning when calling qmvt with argument sigma = 1
  • adapt to recent changes in r-devel
  • pmvt(..., sigma = ) was ignored in the univariate case
  • documentation updates

The changes in R-multcomp are: * new example using tram::Colr() * use levels as names for "GrandMean" contrasts * use vcov(x, complete = FALSE) to make R-devel happy again.
