This release contains the usual dependency upgrades and one important fix where users where offered an empty list of mirrors:
This is fixed by not looking at the number of possible mirrors for the current request but by looking at the number of mirrors which actually contain the content the request is looking for.
Additionally this release introduces a second part of MirrorManager
re-written in Rust:
This new tool takes the data from the MirrorManager database (only
postgresql supported right now) and saves in the corresponding protobuf
file which is needed by
mirrorlist-server. This rewrite is much faster
than the python version (1 minute instead of up to 50 minutes) and uses
less memory (600MB instead of 10GB).
