This release fixes invoking pod2usage tool when using "-verbose 3" opions with STDIN, emphasizing I<> text if Pod::Text::Termcap is used, a documentation, executing an external pager it has the program switches. It also prefers PAGER enviroment variable to $Config{pager} value.
