Out of curiosity, what led to disabling LTO?

@jpokorny some maintainers against it. :) Also there was some issues in Mesa recently which could appears in runtime seems like because of LTO https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/2977 This scared me.
Hope this happens finally for F33 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/LTOByDefault
Yeah, I vaguely remembered they want to finally move over to it (disclaimer: was using it in Gentoo -- uff -- more than a decade ago). Hence this step being a bit of a surprise to me.
