Tested with podman-2.2.0-0.3.rc1.fc33. podman pull ubi8 correctly fetches (only) from RH registry; pull sdf tries sequentially. System test suite passes, root & rootless. LGTM.
Still getting the same error from dnf upgrade as was present in the -8 build:

Still seems it shouldn't be in the updates-testing repo if the podman RC build isn't also pushed there?
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
