Fixes #1874117. Also tested on various arm & aarch64 sbc's, no issues.
https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/655273 is a false fail in a check that packages from the update which should have been installed actually were; it relies on a certain ordering in
rpm -qoutput which for some reason didn't happen. I'll try and figure it out, but it's not a bug in the update and can safely be ignored.The other two openQA failures are caused by known F33 bugs and affect all updates, they can also be ignored.
