Both this update and the Gt 5.15.1 update FEDORA-2020-47f5cdf08a which contains qt5-qtwebsockets-5.15.1-1.fc33, were pushed to stable when the Fedora 33 beta freeze was lifted.
Unfortunately this update was pushed a few seconds after, and is therefore the one that is in Fedora 33 now:
[ellert@localhost ~]$ koji list-history --tag f33 --build qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.0-4.fc33

This leads to that qt5-qtwebengine is not installable in Fedora 33 - as reported by e.g. koschei:
- conflicting requests
- nothing provides libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.14.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) needed by qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.0-4.fc33.x86_64

Please retag qt5-qtwebsockets-5.15.1-1.fc33 into f33, so that it gets a later timstamp than this update.
