A recent giac update introduced an incompatibility with sagemath, causing sagemath to exit immediately on startup. The fix is to build pari with thread support. That required rebuilding all pari-consuming packages.
In addition, the most recent giac update crippled support for cocoalib functions. This update restores that functionality.
