This release has just a couple of changes:
1) Improving accuracy of exp() with small values. Small values were getting truncated to zero.
2) Stop relying on C's 'common' data allocation mechanism. There were a couple of variables defined in two .c files which needed to be marked 'extern' in one. This fixes compiling nickle with GCC version 10.
