KCM performance improvements.
KCM performance should be much better now but due to inefficiency of the KCM protocol, it still may hit huge CPU usage for large ccache (klist -c contains 100+ entries). We will continue working on this.

seems to work fine, but no idea if it addresses the performance issues with multiple items, but at least it doesn't break kinit anymore :)

Saw sssd_kcm was eating 100% cpu ... googled ... installed this ... seems "better" now, bouncing between 0% and about 24% CPU. All the fans have turned off, so that's nice, and means it might have been like this before.
