This update has been pushed to testing.
This update is not installable due to the (accidentally?) removed python2 package. The python2 package should be kept in fedora 31.
Looks like this happened because rawhide commits were merged back into f31 without checking for collateral damage.
What I don't understand is why the conditionals for python2 vs. python3 don't seem to work correctly.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
Now I see - this error doesn't come from rawhide (it's also present there), but from EPEL.
This condition is always true (0<8), because the macro isn't defined on fedora: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/caribou/blob/master/f/caribou.spec#_29
This update has been obsoleted by caribou-0.4.21-19.fc31.
The python2 sub-package was removed for f30 release so the if defs aren't needed.
