I am actively testing on Gnome3 / Fedora 31. Working so far. Even the gnome shell extension appears to be working. If anything starts to act weird, I'll report back.
I have been testing this for a week and have only noticed one issue, which is very minor, and I think is Gnome at its core.
I use a 4K monitor but my laptop is only 1920x1080. When hooked to my monitor I scale Gnome 200%. When gnome switches back and forth (disconnecting the external monitor) the Workrave applet scaling is off. The font size is weird and partially cut off at the bottom.
Again I think that's specifically a Gnome 3 issue with scaling and not necessarily a Workrave issue, but I don't care that much.
