This is a problem with glib2-2.67.1-1! And only with gtk3 apps.

For anyone looking to downgrade:

sudo dnf downgrade https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/glib2/2.67.0/7.fc34/x86_64/glib2-2.67.0-7.fc34.x86_64.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/glib2/2.67.0/7.fc34/x86_64/glib2-devel-2.67.0-7.fc34.x86_64.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/glib2/2.67.0/7.fc34/i686/glib2-2.67.0-7.fc34.i686.rpm
