Does this still apply? "Please note updating from the previous package version selinux-policy-3.14.5-38.fc32 will have all filesystems relabeling as a result which cannot be prevented."

Not a complete fix. A suspend-to-RAM (closing laptop lid) and resume sequence still triggers similar issues, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1844755 (I've closed it as duplicate, but it's still relevant for 1806123)
