This should finally fix the broken generated "Terminus Italic" fonts with the hex number glyphs in modern font selection, e.g. in gnome-terminal.
This ships both OTB and classical PCF fonts in a single package. The OTB fonts are just two files (Terminus.otb and Terminus-Bold.otb), generated with fonttosfnt.
