The update has the desired effect. That is, you can now toggle the line "#PasswordAuthentication yes" to be "PasswordAuthentication no" in the main sshd_config file, and it is not overridden by "PasswordAuthentication yes" in the sshd_config.d/50-redhat.conf file.
