Version 0.12 changes the default for locally built containers to have Flatpak metadata in both labels and annotations by default, and fixes a problem installing Flatpaks container images created by recent versions of Flatpak.
This update adds some fixes to make local builds work correctly with recent versions of dnf and mock.
