• install lrsrestart.h in install-common (thanks to Philipp-Joachim Ost for the report).
• Update makefile to ease building on 32 bit architectures.
• Added patches 1,2, and 4 supplied by the Julia group: https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil/tree/master/L/lrslib/bundled/patches. no128bit.patch removes 128-bit support and was not used.
