It looks bcc-0.20.0-1.fc34.src.rpm contains old release version.
I downloaded src.rpm from koji(https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=26343188) and check its SIGMD5 is correct.
masami@kerntest:~$ rpm -q --queryformat='%{SIGMD5}' ./bcc-0.20.0-1.fc34.src.rpm ; echo "" b2f645b2e3a7251d05e4571b437340f3
However bcc-src-with-submodule.tar.gz's sha256sum is same as 0.18.0's. Upstream 0.20.0 bcc-src-with-submodule.tar.gz sha256sum is 93edc925675262aa509f5eaf146f2fc7dfa3e01d1b0336a5de01ee6d72fa493b.

It looks like bcc-src-with-submodule.tar.gz is not updated. Both bcc-src-with-submodule.tar.gz's page shows same sha256sum.
