Update of SciDAVis to version 2.4.0, liborigin to 3.0.1 and qwt5-qt5 to its latest snapshot.
Remove non-existent runtime dependency.

Thanks for the feedback, I have taken the issue upstream as there seems to be a misconfiguration with the dependencies somewhere.
