This update avoids a case where a hook can exit 1 if zipl is not installed, which we believe is sometimes causing live image builds (and hence composes) to fail.

So this seems to be doing well in Rawhide, we have not had the error in any Rawhide live build that I can see. We have seen it in F35 live builds recently. So I think we should push this.
