The 5.12.17 stable kernel update contains a (unusually large) number of fixes across the tree.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2021-6b0a829d13

Default & performance tests pass (KVM)
USB mount ok under KVM.
I re-directed the USB using virt-manager, then sudo udisksctl mount & cat'ed a file from the usb.
The VM is set up for command line only.

works for me
The temperature is increased significantly compared to the 5.12.16-200.fc33.x86_64 kernel. Before (5.12.16-200.fc33.x86_64) it was between 37°C and 40°C. Now (5.12.17-200.fc33.x86_64) it's in the 70°C range. In kernel 5.12.16-200.fc33.x86_64 this high temperature didn't happen with basic things like watching a YouTube video in Vivald browser with some other pages open. But that's not all the time.
no temperature change noticed
