for releasever=35 does not provide any arch link to gpg key. As soon as packages would be signed by new GPG key, it would fail to verify on such installation. Upgrade to more recent version, including rawhide, would require disabling gpg verification.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
