graphene-1.10.6-1.fc33

FEDORA-2021-70b24b94e2 created by kalev 2 years ago for Fedora 33

graphene 1.10.6 release, fixing an issue that caused gnome-shell to sometimes lose mouse clicks that were placed in a "right" spot: on a center pixel line with a very very high subpixel precision. This led to test suite failures where the clicks can be placed with high accuracy, but should be rare in real world use.
