I installed ansible-core, ansible-core-doc, and python3-resolvelib by manuallying copying the Koji rpm download links into dnf install. (Is there a better way to do that besides waiting for the packages to land in updates-testing?) I also installed a couple collection packages (ansible-collection-community-general ansible-collection-containers-podman ansible-collection-ansible-posix). I ran one of my playbooks, and it worked as expected!
