After this upgrade the toolbar, previously hidden, has returned, and I can no longer hide it in the settings menu - the 'toolbars shown' menu option is gone, along with the option to 'show statusbar' and 'configure toolbars...' - downgrading to 21.04.1-2.fc34 restores the missing functionality.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
The 21.04 update to konsole5 introduces a very strange toolbar that I do not seem to be able to hide. Reverting to konsole5-20.12.1-1.fc34 fixes this issue.

Those of you wanting to make the toolbars go away, right click on the menu bar and uncheck "Main Toolbar" and "Session Toolbar"
