The cmake support files were not properly generated or installed. This update installs them correctly. The modified update installs them even more correctly.
In addition, we had previously disabled use of the RTM instructions on x86/x86_64 processors. Code inspection shows that TBB checks CPUINFO prior to using such instructions, so they have now been enabled.
