This update backports several changes from upstream develop branch or https://github.com/sddm/sddm/pull/1371 to try and improve reliability when switching between user sessions with SDDM.

Situation improved (though still not perfect) in my testing so far, I'll report details in the bug once I verify/reproduce a couple more times.

Since the update clearly doesn't really fully fix the bug, unmarked it.

This update has been obsoleted by sddm-0.19.0-11.fc34.
