Very strong thumbs-down from me. Starting from a clean Fedora 34 install, and running the above dnf upgrade command results in my qemu-kvm VMs with usermode networking not able to get dhcp replies (and failing to configure their networking).

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
