It does not work for me, the GUI fails after a few seconds of loading with the following error message:

/usr/include/c++/11/bits/basic_string.h:1057: std::__cxx11::basic_string<_CharT, _Traits, _Alloc>::reference std::__cxx11::basic_string<_CharT, _Traits, _Alloc>::operator[](std::__cxx11::basic_string<_CharT, _Traits, _Alloc>::size_type) [with _CharT = char; _Traits = std::char_traits<char>; _Alloc = std::allocator<char>; std::__cxx11::basic_string<_CharT, _Traits, _Alloc>::reference = char&; std::__cxx11::basic_string<_CharT, _Traits, _Alloc>::size_type = long unsigned int]: Assertion '__pos <= size()' failed.
[1]    346272 IOT instruction (core dumped)  prusa-slicer

I'm not sure how to debug it.

The previous version worked well. Also, versions 2.3.0, 2.3.1, and 2.3.3 from the upstream builds work well but they are probably bundle everything. I'm gonna try it once more after a reboot.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

And it works after a reboot (I did a big update of more than 600 packages, that's why I expected some troubles), I'm sorry for the noise.

@andersblomdell How do I reproduce?

User Icon andersblomdell commented & provided feedback 2 years ago

I just tried to run it on a Fedora-34 machine (under wayland).

Seems to be related to some old settings :-( Works after moving them away...

Not working at all, crashing on start with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1993677. It happens wIth both new and moved old config. For me this reproduces always.

I have the same crash on my system here. Tried both in Wayland and Xorg sessions, same crash both ways. The error is the same as andersblomdell's comment.
